We absolutely enjoyed the experience here! The volunteers here are wonderful people (expecially Richard B. at the Ford Model A building)! The presentation of vehicles and information is truly wonderful! We were only able to spend one day here (it was our wedding anniversary) not enough time. My wife and I enjoyed it so much we plan on coming back soon!
I enjoyed the visit very much. Be careful when you go. Large sections close down for the winter. We got in just in time. The people were very nice. A large focus sends to be on phaeton style cars with running boards. They have other stuff as well.
This place is amazing! It is a GRAND museum full of so many exquisite cars. A show case any car would be happy to call HOME, truly a must stop in and stroll down memory lane ❤
My husband and I have been to the Gilmore a number of times for car shows. When we were dating and engaged, each time we went we said it would be a great place for a wedding. In September we had our wedding reception at the Gilmore. We received so many compliments from our guests on the unique venue. They loved the opportunity to explore the main gallery during our "cocktail hour" while the wedding party was finishing up photos outside. I think we got the museum a few new customers :) - wedding guests who said they need to come back and spend more time exploring. The staff were very responsive to our requests and questions while we were planning the wedding. Highly recommend!
Incredible classic car collection. We were lucky enough to attend the Cadillac show. If you appreciate classic automobiles and a rich history Gilmore is for you! My best birthday was spent here and I hope to return soon.
